Works with management in the coordination and scheduling of work flow within or between plant functional areas to expedite production while producing a superior product, ensuring safety measures are applied and maintaining morale amongst production staff.

Supervisory Responsibility: This role supervises assigned production plan employees
Work Environment: Extreme noise (i.e. trucks, plant machinery, etc.…)
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time. Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. It requires close vision, color vision and depth perception – three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships. Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, talk and hear.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position.
Travel: Initial Training will be held in Fort Pierce Florida for 5 months
