Progressive, multi-discipline Design and Construction firm located in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Component Design Manager to partner with us as we strive to impact positive change in the industry.  Candidate shall be forward thinking with a minimum of 10 years component industry experience.  Position is a career track role with intended advancement potential.  Candidate shall possess design, pricing and supervisory experience.  A successful Component Design Manager will work in step with both the VP of Component Operations and our two managing component designers to provide and maintain builder pricing, custom quotes, oversee all design quality issues, and communicate with sales and clients regarding expectations.  Salary, benefits and incentive package based on qualifications and experience.  Relocation allowance provided.
